Luxe 83 is a boutique shop that has been successfully operating for a couple of years,organically growing a following on social media and developing a style of clothing that became popular. Their primary target market is women who are interested in wearing the latest trends and fashion at an affordable price. They carry unique brands of clothing that they select to match their style and also carry Loren Hope jewelry.
Luxe83 arranged a meeting with us due to the ineffectiveness of their previous e-commerce site that was set up by another local company. They were also in need of marketing and wanted to expand their e-commerce site by utilizing social media in a way that it would drive potential customers to the website, in turn increasing online sales.
As a result, Luxe83 owners, Laura and Katie Skelton came to the conclusion of wanting to sell their clothing online. The main objective was to reach a new audience online and create an easy way for them to purchase items found at the storefront. In order to do so, they contacted The IRON Network and we developed a detailed digital marketing plan.

After fixing the existing site to the point of functionality, our development team identified certain problems that were related to a theme that was utilized by a previous developer. The theme contained multiple plugins that did not work well together and were generating false traffic to the website, reducing it’s organic SEO ranking. Our team proposed a custom-developed structure of the site based on WordPress to eliminate those issues.
Inbound content marketing:
The test campaign that our digital marketing team ran identified a very good potential base of customers that could be engaged through blogging, product showcase lifestyle images and related topics such as cooking, healthy food and entertainment. We put together a content inbound marketing plan to start engaging this market.
Keyword research related to search and display networks was performed, providing us with good estimates on traffic and conversion rates. We then began working on implementing the best choice of keywords for ads and organic SEO.
Paid advertising (PPC)
We ran several successful campaigns with Facebook, Adwords and Youtube focusing on specific promotions, events and sales.
Our test campaign produced results that showed good potential and we are working to increase online sales after the solution is fully implemented.
